How it works

  • Complete the onboarding questionnaire after logging into the app
  • Your personalized schedule is made available in the app in 24-48 hrs
  • Scheduled 1-1 personal training sessions with me on zoom. Exercise demonstrations, explanations, and form corrections.
  • Follow workouts posted in your plan at any time, log nutrition, and other metrics
  • Connect with me in case of any queries via in-app chat or 1-1 video calls
