My journey has led me to become not only a fitness trainer, but also a role model and mentor for my clients. As a wife, a mother of 5 children and 3 fur babies, all while working in the healthcare industry, I know first-hand the struggles of not only maintaining healthy weight: but also sticking to another routine outside of an already busy day. I have always envisioned being a fitness professional and for so many years it was just a dream, I felt it was unreachable. After the birth of my children, I felt it vanished for good, because let's face it at the end of a day, who has the time to work out and meal prep…. The fact is we all do, if we want it bad enough. I must say, I did not realize this until a little over 4 years ago. After many years of trying every fat diet you can imagine and many different workout routines, I was at a loss. Yes, I was able to lose weight with most routines, but never able to achieve the body composition I wanted, only to gain it all back and then some. Four years ago, I decided to take my own journey, hired a fitness coach, because to me, I was worth it. This transition was not fast, but I noticed the benefits immediately. I started feeling better about myself, I had much better moods after a long day and the list goes on and on. I had a breakthrough in my life that not only pushed me to focus on my own health and mental fitness, but to pursue helping others like myself. After losing my 25-year-old son in 2018, the impact of this loss changed my outlook on life completely. I can say without a doubt, if I was not working on my fitness goals, I would have not made it mentally. My journey is now to help my clients achieve their physical goals, which will not only improve their health, but also their confidence and overall mental wellbeing.
